We will take your baggage. At the same time, you will receive an exchange ticket with the exchange date and time, so please bring your exchange ticket with you to the shop by the stated time.

On arrival at Shin-Osaka Station, first proceed to the South Exit of the East Exit of JR Shin-Osaka Station. From the south exit of the east exit of JR Shin-Osaka Station, you will see Unizone Shin-Osaka, where OiTOK is located. Head towards the opposite side of the tracks, cross the pedestrian crossing and you will see OiTOK on your left.

Unizone Shin-Osaka Kido Building

OiTOK is located in the Unizone Shin-Osaka Kido Building, between Maikary Shokudo and Family Mart. The entrance is located between two thick pillars in the centre of the building. You can freely enter during opening hours. If you encounter any problems, such as the entrance being locked or restricted during opening hours, please call us 090-1671-8865. A member of our staff will respond immediately.

Take the lift to 8F.

Please take the lift in the Unizone Shin-Osaka Kido Building to the 8th floor. Please note that there are many other tenants in the building, so please share the elevator with others when carrying large items. As there is only one lift, we recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
