Our opening hours and reception and serving hours are from 9:00 to 19:00.
Basically, it is not possible to drop off or collect baggage outside of our opening hours.
Please note that if you miss the opening hours and have to return your baggage the following working day, you will be charged for an extra day.

If I have a large number of pieces of luggage, will it cost less if I consolidate them?+OiTOK charges 500 yen per piece per day, so if you consolidate your luggage and reduce the number of pieces, you can keep it for only the cost of one piece. If the baggage is only placed on top of each other, tied together or packed in a way that hinders movement, it may not be accepted as one piece at the discretion of the staff.

What if I am late for my scheduled pick-up time?+Please contact the shop by tel. No extension fee will be charged if it is within business hours on the same day. Please note that if the vehicle is not returned in time for business hours and is returned the next working day, an extension fee of one day's rent will be charged.
