Have you ever had large or heavy luggage that did not fit in a coin-operated locker, or been refused or charged a high fee for storage at a hotel or facility?
With OiTOK, you can leave your baggage with us for a flat fee of 500 yen.
We also charge the same amount for extensions from the following day onwards.

Some drop-off locations, such as coin lockers or hotel reception areas, may only allow you to leave your baggage for a short and limited number of days.
At OiTOK, you can store your luggage for up to seven days from the same day.
This is ideal if you are travelling or on a business trip and need to leave your baggage for a few days.
Depending on availability on the day and expected congestion, it is also possible to store luggage for more than seven days on request, so please ask a member of staff if you would like to do this.

For luggage that can be stored in the lockers, a flat fee of 500 yen is charged, regardless of the size or weight of the item.
However, depending on the size and weight of your baggage, we may not be able to accept your baggage, so please call us in advance to make sure we can accommodate you.
In addition, we will check the condition of your baggage when we check it in, so you can use our service with peace of mind in the unlikely event of a problem.
