Thank you for choosing OITOK Cloakroom Service.
We ask all of our customers, companies and individuals to kindly fill up the necessary information before using Our Service.
Please read and consent to the terms and conditions listed below.
1.2 The Service Provider will supply the services only with the consent of the Customer, all private information on this document will not be disclosed to a third party.
2.2 Luggages and/or personal belongings cannot be checked-in or claimed outside service hours.
3.2 An additional fee of 500 JPY will be added per day should the Customer wish to extend.
3.3 The service fee will be charged upon check out, when the Customer claims their baggage. We ask all customers to kindly pay in cash only.
① Valuables (jewelry, watch, etc.) and electronics (laptop, digital camera, video games, tablets, etc.)
② Explosives, flammables, and other dangerous items
③ Living creatures, chilled goods, frozen goods, fresh fruit and vegetables, and other items that may leak or expire easily
④ Illegal goods (drugs, narcotics, any article that’s prohibited by the law)
⑤ Even though not listed or mentioned above, items that are deemed to be at risk, too fragile, or too difficult to store, may not be accepted by the Service Provider
5.2 The Service Provider will contact the Customer when they exceed the agreed storage period. Should the Customer fail to respond or claim their luggage or personal belongings within this 1 week period, it is subject to disposal, therefore it will not be returned. Kindly take note of this.

By signing below, I hereby acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the OITOK Cloakroom Service’s Terms of Service Agreement in exchange for their services.
Terms of Use
1. CONSENT AGREEMENT
1.1 This document officially states the agreement between OITOK Cloakroom Service (the “Service Provider '') and the client (the “Customer”) whether they be a private citizen, a company, or a group.
The following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) is effective as soon as the document is signed by the Customer.1.2 The Service Provider will supply the services only with the consent of the Customer, all private information on this document will not be disclosed to a third party.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED AND DURATION
2.1 Our service hours and reception is between 9 AM until 7 PM (9:00-19:00)
The Customer may check-in and claim their luggage and or/ personal belongings, the Service Provider will accept and store the luggages for safekeeping within this time window. 2.2 Luggages and/or personal belongings cannot be checked-in or claimed outside service hours.
3. SERVICE FEES
3.1 Our service fee is a fixed rate of 500 JPY per day, per luggage. Regardless of weight and size. 3.2 An additional fee of 500 JPY will be added per day should the Customer wish to extend.
3.3 The service fee will be charged upon check out, when the Customer claims their baggage. We ask all customers to kindly pay in cash only.
4. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items below cannot be stored: ① Valuables (jewelry, watch, etc.) and electronics (laptop, digital camera, video games, tablets, etc.)
② Explosives, flammables, and other dangerous items
③ Living creatures, chilled goods, frozen goods, fresh fruit and vegetables, and other items that may leak or expire easily
④ Illegal goods (drugs, narcotics, any article that’s prohibited by the law)
⑤ Even though not listed or mentioned above, items that are deemed to be at risk, too fragile, or too difficult to store, may not be accepted by the Service Provider
5. STORAGE PERIOD
5.1 The maximum storage period is strictly up to 1 week, starting from the check in date.5.2 The Service Provider will contact the Customer when they exceed the agreed storage period. Should the Customer fail to respond or claim their luggage or personal belongings within this 1 week period, it is subject to disposal, therefore it will not be returned. Kindly take note of this.
6. DISCLAIMER
6.1 We will do our absolute best to ensure absolute safety of our customers’ belongings and to provide excellent service and care.
However, please understand that the Service Provider will not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the Customer or a third party. This also applies to human errors such as being late or failing to claim your luggages and/or personal belongings on time.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1 This Terms of Service Agreement complies to the governing law that is the Japanese Law, should there be any violations or breach of terms, it shall be raised to the Osaka District Court, the exclusive jurisdictional court.
